IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION

BRING:
You need to provide sheets, pillowcases, (see your amenities sheet for bed sizes) towels, and beach tags.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is between 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., not prior to that. Keys need to be picked up at Weichert Realty, Ocean City. If you cannot arrive by 4:30 p.m, special arrangements for key pickup are required. Do not drive to the property before 2 p.m. Upon check-in, inspect the property and immediately report any problems to Weichert Realty, LLC. Checkout is no later than 10 a.m. Keys need to be returned to our office. Be sure to leave the property clean and orderly; ready for next rental.

Pets:
Pets are not permitted; please make other arrangements for your pets.
No Smoking:
All of our properties prohibit smoking

Number of Occupants:
The maximum number of occupants is indicated on your lease and does include children.

Appliances:
Report any problems to our office. We will attempt to have repairs made as soon as possible.

Trash:
Recycling is mandatory. Please be sure you are aware of days and times for recycle and trash pickup. These pickups could be on different days. Refer to instructions posted at property.

Beach Tags:
In season, beach tags are required for everyone over 12 years of age. Tags may be purchased at the beach, city hall, or at information booths on the Washington Street Mall or at the Convention Center.
